Shakepay is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a platform engineering team focused on infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps. The role covers people leadership, technical direction, cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, developer experience, incident management, security, scalability, and the development of AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows. Candidates need at least 10 years of platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE experience and 3+ years managing high-performing teams. The position is remote-friendly across Canada, with optional access to Montreal and Toronto offices, and offers a base salary of $230,000–$280,000 CAD plus equity and benefits.
