Description
BAE Systems is hiring an internal Senior Engineering Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership for Platform Management and Control systems on the River Class Destroyer Programme supporting the Royal Canadian Navy. The role oversees IPMS, VSS, and C&I engineering delivery, manages approximately 25 employees including the IPMS Engineering Manager, represents the scope with customers and senior engineering forums, assures compliant design solutions, and coordinates internal, external, and supplier stakeholders. It is based in Scotstoun with travel to Canada approximately one week per quarter and offers flexibility including hybrid working where practical.
