Description
ClickHouse is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team building and operating its Managed Postgres service. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, product thinking, and operational ownership across provisioning, fleet management, failover, recovery, upgrades, observability, performance, and security. The manager will guide architecture, set multi-quarter roadmaps, work with customers and cross-functional teams, manage risks, and hire and develop engineers. The position requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers in infrastructure, databases, or developer platforms, along with experience operating a customer-facing stateful service and working knowledge of PostgreSQL or managed relational databases.
