Secfix is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its 8-engineer, 2-product-designer team in a remote EMEA role, with Munich preferred. The manager will ship a meaningful AI feature in the first month, improve engineering velocity and quality, own hiring and team growth, and make technical decisions. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years managing a team of 8+ and hiring for it, plus production experience with AI features and AI-assisted development using Cursor and Claude Code.
