Description
Commure is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Revenue Cycle Management engineering team, which owns payment-file processing, claim matching, ledger recording, bank reconciliation, patient balances and collections, and financial reporting. The manager will oversee approximately six engineers, prioritize hiring two engineers, coach and retain the team, balance delivery with system reliability, set technical direction, and partner with claims, denials, reporting, patient product, and operations teams. The role requires at least three years of software-engineering management experience, a track record with financial or payments systems in production, strong technical judgment on databases and pipelines, and experience partnering with operations or customer-facing teams.
