Hadrian is hiring a Robotics Engineering Manager to lead and grow its robotics engineering team within the Autonomous Factory Systems organization. The role owns hiring, onboarding, mentorship, performance, team health, and engineering practices while contributing to technical direction, headcount planning, and cross-functional roadmap delivery. Candidates need at least five years of engineering management experience leading robotics, autonomy, or complex technical production teams, strong robotics technical fluency, organizational design judgment, and an M.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. The target salary is $249,000–$299,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
