Description
LaunchDarkly is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its SDK team, which builds and maintains 35+ open-source SDKs, OpenFeature providers, event-streaming libraries, contract tests, release tooling, and the Relay Proxy. The role owns prioritization, roadmap and versioning decisions, technical tradeoffs across languages and platforms, release quality, observability, incident response, customer communication, team development, and hiring. Candidates need at least five years of formal engineering management experience, experience leading developer-facing software teams, familiarity with multiple programming languages and ecosystems, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
