Citi is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Markets Operations Technology to lead the architecture, design, development, delivery, and modernization of securities settlement processing technology supporting NAM, EMEA, and APAC markets operations. The role manages software engineers, oversees complex technology projects, drives microservices and distributed-systems architecture, CI/CD automation, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, and requires extensive capital markets, securities processing, engineering, and team-management experience.

Direct management experience leading development staff in a mid- to large-scale bank
Experience managing and delivering large-scale, complex platforms in a high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience migrating RDBMS to cloud/NoSQL
