Description
NODA AI is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead a growing team of Solution Engineers, Senior Solution Engineers, and Solution Architects across Austin and Washington, D.C. The role owns staffing, delivery quality, hiring standards, and the full customer deployment lifecycle, while partnering with Product, Mission Leads, Field Operations, and engineering teams. It requires 6+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineers, a record leading customer-facing or forward-deployed engineering teams in defense, autonomy, or comparable high-stakes B2B environments, and the ability to read Python, C++, or Rust and obtain a security clearance. The position is hybrid on-site in Austin with approximately 25–40% travel during major engagement events and 15% in steady state.
