BlackSea Technologies is hiring an Engineering Program Coordinator to coordinate a portfolio of USV engineering programs in person in Curtis Bay, Maryland. The role maintains project and program status, identifies dependencies and risks, supports portfolio reviews and resource allocation, develops reporting and dashboards, and coordinates with engineers, managers, procurement, manufacturing, and customers. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of relevant experience in program or project coordination, engineering operations, product development, or complex hardware development.
