D-Wave is hiring a Senior Engineering Program Manager to drive operational efficiency and process rigor across engineering teams. The role focuses on project planning and execution, operational roadblock removal, engineering workflow and tooling optimization, product life-cycle and configuration management, system productization, and cross-functional stakeholder communication. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of engineering program or technical project management experience, and at least two years of engineering experience in complex hardware/software environments. The position is based in New Haven with a base pay range of $105,000–$157,000 USD.
