Checkmarx is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead day-to-day program management operations in a global R&D environment. The role owns complex cross-functional programs and software release lifecycles from initiation through delivery, manages plans and risks, reports on execution, improves processes, defines and optimizes KPIs, and champions Agile practices across Product, R&D, and scrum teams. Candidates need more than five years of program management experience in R&D, SDLC knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and preferably a developer or QA background, complex release-management experience, or advanced Jira expertise.
