Planet is hiring a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead complex spacecraft development programs from planning and requirements through critical design, build, test, launch, and manufacturing ramp. The role manages schedules, budgets, technical plans, external suppliers and partners, cross-functional engineering teams, manufacturing operations, and root-cause problem-solving. It is a full-time, in-office position based in Berlin, requiring 10+ years of relevant aerospace, manufacturing, or similar program-management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, German and English proficiency, and international travel to San Francisco. The expected gross salary range is €86,600–€108,300 per year, with possible discretionary bonuses and equity.
