The role owns critical-path delivery, design-build-test cycles, engineering BOM strategy, NPI readiness, requirements, validation gates, and technical, schedule, budget, and quality risks. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of experience leading complex multidisciplinary engineering programs, and strong technical, communication, and risk-management skills.
