WHOOP is hiring a Senior Embedded Engineering Program Manager to lead firmware development and program execution for new WHOOP devices. The role owns firmware schedules, roadmaps, dependencies, milestone planning, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and launch readiness across the NPI portfolio, reporting to the Director of Hardware Program Management. It requires a degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of relevant program or embedded systems experience, and the ability to travel internationally up to 5%. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with relocation possible, and offers a U.S. base salary of $140,000 to $195,000 plus equity and benefits.
