Adobe is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered features, including roadmap ownership, agentic and RAG architecture, production deployment, adoption, governance, technical execution, risk communication, and outcome measurement. The role requires at least six years of technical program management experience, direct experience shipping AI/ML or GenAI features, and fluency in agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, prompt and evaluation frameworks, and MLOps. The U.S. pay range is $124,300 to $234,600 annually, with California pay of $162,000 to $234,600.
