Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Engineering Program Manager (Wireless) to lead hardware and software new product introduction programs for wireless access points. The role manages cross-functional teams across hardware, software, testing, PLM, manufacturing, publications, and customer service; oversees scope, budget, schedule, risks, milestones, and program status; and drives products from concept through first revenue shipment and production sustenance. It is an onsite position primarily based at an HPE office, with very limited travel and no direct reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, 10–12 years of IT product experience, and 7+ years of program management experience, with 5+ years leading hardware programs preferred. The listed base salary range for California is USD 120,000–243,000 annually.
