Renesas Bangalore is hiring a Senior Engineering/Software Lab Technician to support Software QA, Systems Engineering, and Product Development teams developing digital controllers for AI, client, and server applications. The role requires on-site lab presence five days per week and involves SMT hand soldering, PCB rework, fine-pitch soldering, board bring-up and debugging, electronic test equipment operation, PC and virtual-machine support, lab maintenance, equipment intake and inventory tracking, and documentation and training. Candidates need 15+ years of hands-on electronics testing, hardware repair, software troubleshooting, PC and lab maintenance experience, relevant education or a diploma, and familiarity with schematics, datasheets, and lab equipment.
