Description
Collate is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Leader to own the full customer onboarding journey for enterprise software deployments. The role leads implementations from kickoff through go-live, manages customer and stakeholder relationships, coordinates with Product, Engineering, and Operations, plans and executes projects, and captures customer feedback to improve product and implementation processes. The position is fully in-person in San Francisco and requires at least five years of client-facing implementation experience, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or other highly regulated industries.
