Mastercard is hiring a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer-2 to operate, scale, and improve enterprise-grade multi-cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments. The role focuses on L2 cloud operations, incident resolution, SRE practices, CI/CD troubleshooting, Kubernetes operations, observability, AIOps, security operations, automation, infrastructure as code, and ITSM governance.
