Description
The Senior Identity and Access Management Enablement Engineer leads onboarding, integration, migration, configuration, readiness, and transition activities for enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms. The role partners with Engineering, Support, Architecture, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Product Management, and business teams to enable secure adoption across workforce, application, machine, privileged, and partner identities. Responsibilities include assessing consumer needs, applying approved identity patterns, coordinating platform changes, validating controls and compliance, producing auditable evidence, developing reusable automation and documentation, leading migrations, and mentoring other enablement engineers. The position requires at least five years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and knowledge of IAM areas such as authentication, federation, directory services, privileged access, certificate management, and Zero Trust. It is a hybrid office/remote role with up to 10% travel and relocation assistance within the country.
