HDR is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager - FERC Pipeline Lead to join their Environmental and Regulatory Team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the environmental and cultural resource regulatory landscape, particularly with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process in the U.S. They will specialize in FERC 7(b) and 7(c) applications, prior notice/blanket authorizations, and third-party EA/EIS documents, managing pipeline projects from initial routing to construction compliance.
