The College of New Jersey's Educational Opportunity Fund Program is hiring a Senior Program Assistant for its EOF Summer Program. The role supports incoming first-year students by providing peer tutoring, academic coaching, study-skills assistance, residence-hall community building, and educational, social, and recreational programming. Senior Program Assistants also lead PRIDE sessions, organize sign-in/sign-out shifts and student trips, track student progress, maintain communication, and collaborate with faculty, staff, and residential leadership. Applicants should have a GPA of 3.00 or higher, a B or better in the course they wish to tutor, and must attend mandatory summer training; senior PAs are expected to have worked the EOF Summer Program twice previously.
