Description
The employer is hiring a Senior Equipment Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize semiconductor fabrication equipment and toolsets. The role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, calibration, spare parts, safety corrective actions, equipment reliability, uptime, and yield improvements; supervises and mentors equipment technicians; collaborates with process engineering, R&D, manufacturing, maintenance, vendors, and other teams; and supports data-driven preventive maintenance improvements in a cleanroom environment. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of semiconductor-fab or similar high-tech equipment engineering or maintenance experience, and willingness to work overtime or varying shifts.
