Description
The Equipment Engineer will maintain and improve the performance, availability, and reliability of thin-film semiconductor production tools in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, FDC analysis, defect reduction, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, tool startup and commissioning, cost-reduction projects, and on-the-job training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in thin-film PVD, including experience with PVD Endura or LAM Sabre (Cu Plating).
