Description
The Equipment Engineer will maintain and improve semiconductor production equipment in a cleanroom environment, including tool uptime, defect reduction, preventative maintenance, FDC analysis, vendor troubleshooting, tool relocation and commissioning, and cost-reduction projects. The role also provides on-the-job training to junior engineers and maintains a 5S work environment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or a related engineering field, at least five years of equipment-engineering experience in thin-film PVD, and experience with LAM SABRE copper plating.
