Description
Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Senior Demand Process Manager to own and improve the demand management process for its Enterprise Systems organization. The role coordinates the demand lifecycle, governs and routes requests, maintains Jira portfolio data, facilitates governance meetings, provides dashboards and KPI reporting, and improves workflows and governance standards. It requires at least five years of experience in demand, portfolio, PMO, or process management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment, along with Jira or comparable portfolio management tool experience. The role offers work-from-home arrangements for up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.
