Description
The Estimator prepares detailed construction cost estimates from plans and specifications, requests and analyzes material and execution quotations, and collaborates with the project team to ensure accurate and timely quotations. The role is based in the Waregem region and offers specialization in general construction, interior joinery, or exterior joinery. Applicants need a construction-related bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience with at least five years of practical experience, strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and fluent Dutch; tender experience is a plus.
