C&S Companies is hiring a Senior Construction Estimator to lead estimating activities for complex public, private, and design-build projects from initial budgeting through contract award. The role prepares RFPs, bid packages, subcontractor award recommendations, post-bid submissions, preliminary schedules, and client estimate presentations, while negotiating subcontractor terms and developing business with customers. Candidates need at least eight years of commercial construction estimating experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of construction cost drivers and design-build delivery, and proficiency with preconstruction software; a college degree is preferred but not required.
