Catamount Constructors is hiring a Senior Estimator to secure work and support construction projects by estimating time, materials, labor, and costs; analyzing historical data and current trends; soliciting and evaluating subcontractors; preparing accurate quantity surveys and bid documents; using the company’s bid system; and handing off projects to Project Managers. The role requires hard bid estimating, strong organization and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably 5+ years of related commercial general contractor experience. Compensation includes competitive base pay plus merit, project, referral, and business development incentives, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
