Description
The Senior Estimator leads complex, multi-discipline cost estimates for data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects, including bid analysis, scope review, vendor and subcontractor negotiations, risk planning, compliance checks, and estimate-to-field handoffs. The role requires advanced estimating, BIM/VDC, Procore, and SharePoint proficiency, and coordinates bid teams without direct supervisory authority. It is an office-and-field position requiring physical work at construction sites, with 7+ years of relevant estimating experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
