Description
The Senior Estimator, Civil Projects leads the financial development of complex road construction, sewer, water engineering, and area development tenders. The role analyzes tender documents, establishes technical and commercial assumptions, allocates work packages, develops integrated cost-price budgets, reviews sub-estimates, assesses quantities and execution durations, and determines costs for labor, equipment, materials, subcontracting, site costs, phasing, and logistics. The position requires a higher professional or university degree in civil engineering or a comparable field, extensive civil engineering estimating experience, and knowledge of earthworks, road construction, sewerage, water engineering, RAW, UAV, and UAV-GC.
