ECBuild LLC is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team in Baltimore. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preconstruction phase estimating and planning services during the Construction Management at Risk delivery method. They will collaborate with the Preconstruction Manager, Owner, Design Team, and Operations Team, developing construction cost models and estimates across all design phases, along with schedule and logistics plans. The role involves coordinating with the construction operations team.
