Description
The Sr. Estimator will be responsible for performing conceptual estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing throughout all phases of a project. This includes interfacing with clients, developing and managing project quantity surveys and budgets, providing systems evaluation and value engineering, preparing progress budgets, soliciting subcontractor input, attending meetings, assembling and distributing estimate documents, completing bid forms, and assisting with other relevant duties.
