Cortrol is hiring a Senior Estimator to support its sales team by analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and related documentation to develop accurate time, cost, material, and labor estimates. The role uses ERP systems to create bills of materials, track quote activity, generate customer quotes, and collaborate with sales, customers, engineering, and operations. It requires an associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management, estimating, or a related field, along with 3–5+ years of estimating or related experience, blueprint-reading ability, Excel proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
