Haselden Construction is hiring a Senior Estimator to lead project estimates through all phases of commercial construction, including quantity takeoffs, bid coverage, subcontractor solicitation, pricing, constructability analysis, and preconstruction coordination. The role manages multiple projects, supports business development and project pursuit, and mentors junior estimators and preconstruction engineers. Candidates need 5–7 years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor and complex projects; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$140,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
