Description
The Senior Estimator will prepare project cost estimates at all design levels, analyze construction documents, quantify materials, validate budgets with subcontractors and equipment vendors, and support profitability and project success. The role also mentors less-experienced estimators, prepares preconstruction status reports, and collaborates with project management, clients, design partners, and trade personnel. It is fully in-office and requires a high school diploma or GED, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience, and at least five years of construction estimating experience preferred.
