Description

HTI Cybernetics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator responsible for managing Request for Quotation, Estimating, and Proposal projects. The role involves developing detailed proposals for capital equipment and manufacturing tooling, analyzing RFQ/project scope requirements, constructing cost estimates, and coordinating with various internal teams like Process Engineering and Controls Engineering. The Senior Estimator will also assist in preparing presentation materials, soliciting competitive sources, and performing other assigned tasks.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of estimating and proposal experience
General assembly machine or metal assembly experience
Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes
Understanding of Project Management tools and procedures as they relate to the development of (Design/Build/Install) manufacturing systems
Engineering Change / Cost Change Experience and the ability to effectively negotiate with customers.
Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple proposals and coordinate customer directed quote timelines to ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business)
Control and Mechanical estimation experience
