KE&G Construction, Inc., a 100% employee-owned construction company, is hiring a Senior Estimator in Tucson, Arizona to prepare accurate, strategic, and timely estimates and proposals for public and private sector civil construction projects valued from $5 million to $25 million. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, site conditions, takeoffs, costs, and alternatives; using estimating and scheduling software; communicating with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams; mentoring estimating staff; and participating in bid reviews and design-build work. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of estimating experience, prior management experience, and proficiency with tools such as MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, and Primavera Scheduling software.
