Description
Lindsay Construction is hiring a full-time Senior Estimator to prepare and coordinate full-cost estimates for conceptual, design-build, and general-tender projects. The role owns the bid process from invitation through submission, interprets documentation and design drawings, analyzes subcontractor packages, supports negotiations, maintains estimating files, prepares conceptual budgets, evaluates alternative methods, and mentors junior estimators and support staff. The position requires 8–10 years of construction estimating experience, broad quantity surveying knowledge, complex-project leadership, contract knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong attention to detail and deadline management.
