Description
Rosendin Electric is hiring a Senior Estimator to lead electrical construction project estimating, including quantity takeoffs, cost calculations, proposal and bid documentation, supplier and subcontractor quote solicitation, scope review, value engineering, and turnover support. The role provides leadership to other estimators and requires blueprint interpretation, estimating calculations, customer and vendor coordination, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably experience with Accubid, Livecount Cloud, Bluebeam, CAD, or 3D software. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field and at least four years of estimating experience are required or may be substituted with equivalent education, training, and experience. The position involves up to 10% travel and pays $128,000–$167,900 annually.
