TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Senior Estimator for its Phoenix team to lead estimating for residential and commercial home-service projects. The role involves customer meetings, site visits, scope development, detailed estimates, solution recommendations, pricing accuracy, project coordination, documentation, follow-up, and mentoring. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or estimating experience, strong multi-trade knowledge, customer communication and sales skills, and a valid driver's license. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with performance-based bonuses and professional development opportunities.
