Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to support large-scale construction projects and programs. The role covers developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design, presenting updated cost plans, managing support staff, reviewing design changes and value-engineering alternatives, analyzing cost trends, supporting estimating training, preparing client presentations, and delivering life-cycle costing models. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 5–7 years of relevant experience, including construction cost management, conceptual or pre-construction estimating, and large-scale project experience.
