LUSK is seeking a senior commercial construction estimator with 10–15 years of experience across multi-family, education, healthcare, corporate, religious, and historical renovation projects. The role involves conceptual estimating from schematic designs, detailed estimating with trade contractors, and may include training under another estimator for one year before leading staff estimates. Candidates may use any estimating software they prefer.
