Description
Arcadis is hiring a Senior Estimator to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, a major New York City transit infrastructure initiative involving a new two-track rail tunnel and rehabilitation of the existing North River Tunnel. The role provides project scoping, design, and construction-phase supervision services; applies project controls, cost and schedule management methods; and collaborates with the program lead estimator and cost estimating team to develop accurate estimates for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, track, utilities, maintenance, storage, signal, communications, bus depot, and wayside power facilities. The position requires 10 years of construction estimating experience on complex infrastructure or tunnel projects and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. The salary range is $140,000 to $240,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
