Description
Haselden Construction is hiring a Multifamily Estimator to lead estimates through conceptual design through construction documents for multifamily projects. The role covers quantity takeoffs, material and labor estimates, subcontractor solicitation and bid coverage, scope and risk review, MEP coordination, value engineering, subcontractor prequalification, negotiations, and client and design-team presentations. It requires at least five years of multifamily estimating experience, commercial general contractor experience, and experience with complex commercial delivery methods; a bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, or a related field is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $110,000-$140,000 per year plus benefits.
