Description

Coretek is hiring an EUC Support Engineer for its Managed Services team to provide L3/L4 support and engineering for enterprise Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. The role covers troubleshooting, incident response, platform administration, endpoint and identity security, Terraform and PowerShell automation, monitoring, documentation, disaster recovery, customer advisory, and platform optimization. Candidates need at least five years of Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop support experience and four years administering production virtual desktop environments.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Azure Virtual Desktop in a managed services or enterprise environment
4+ years administering production virtual desktop environments, including Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, and image management
Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously
Exposure to ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, with independent complex-issue troubleshooting and customer communication
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (AZ-140)
Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V)
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
