The Senior Event Manager leads the full lifecycle of assigned weddings, corporate, and social events at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, from client engagement and planning through execution, billing, and post-event follow-up. The role manages banquet event orders, budgets, vendors, room blocks, menus, staffing, and client relationships while collaborating with hotel departments and mentoring junior event staff. It requires at least five years of luxury hospitality event experience, onsite work in the Carneros area, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting salary range is $94,000-$104,000.
