DO & CO is hiring an Event Project Lead in Munich to independently plan, organize, and deliver catering events for up to 3,500 guests. The role manages projects from customer inquiry through proposal, implementation, and follow-up; coordinates internal departments, operational teams, and external service providers; develops customized catering solutions; prepares proposals and cost calculations; monitors budgets and quality standards; and contributes to process improvements. Candidates need vocational training in event management or a comparable hospitality qualification, at least three years of professional experience in events, catering, gastronomy, or event operations, and strong organizational, coordination, customer-service, communication, and budgeting skills.
