Description
Neros is hiring a Senior EW Test & Evaluation Engineer to own the full test loop for unmanned systems against jamming threats. The role plans and executes benchtop and radiated test campaigns, characterizes system performance, identifies countermeasures, documents design requirements, and verifies improvements through iterative re-testing. The position requires a degree in electrical or RF engineering, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong RF and anti-jam knowledge, hands-on instrumentation and OTA testing experience, and proficiency with MATLAB or Python. The US salary range is $187,000–$261,500 base, with equity grants included in total compensation.
